- What kind of gilding is gold filled and how durable is it?
In the case of gold filled jewelry, the gold coating is applied to the base metal in several layers under pressure, which makes up at least 5% of the total weight of the jewelry. A particularly durable gilding technique, which means that, with careful care, your jewelry will have the properties of pure gold jewelry for a long time. - If I have a metal allergy, can I wear gold-filled jewelry?
Yes, there is usually no problem with metal allergies either. The gold coating of our jewelry is placed on a brass base, which rarely causes allergies and is free of lead and nickel. If you have a metal allergy, we recommend not wearing your jewelry in summer, when you sweat more.
- Do I have to take off my jewelry to bathe?
Despite the fact that the raw materials of our jewelry are specially made with long-lasting gold plating, it is recommended to take off your jewelry when bathing. This is especially true in the case of spas and seawater, or if your unique pendant is also decorated with Swarovski crystals.
- How can I take care of my gold-filled jewelry so that it stays beautiful for as long as possible?
It is recommended that you take off your jewelery at the end of the day, before bathing. Do not store it in bulk with other jewelry, it is best to keep it in the box in which you received it when you are not wearing it. If possible, do not wear your gold-filled jewelry together with other jewelry, in order to avoid damage caused by rubbing with other jewelry. For cleaning, use only slightly soapy water, then thoroughly but gently wipe dry with a soft cloth.
- How can I clean my silver jewelry if it has started to blacken?
Our silver jewelry does not have an additional surface protection treatment, so due to the properties of silver, it starts to turn black after a while. We will send you a polishing pad with your silver jewelry, which you can use to polish your pendant easily and quickly. What's more, you can carefully pull the chain along, if you see that it has also become discolored. In addition, you can remove the discoloration with silver cleaning liquid available in jewelry stores, or with other silver cleaning practices.

- Is double-sided labeling possible?
Yes, it is possible to label both sides of the pendants. But in this case, due to the labeling technique, you have to take into account that the labeling will be minimally visible on the other side of the pendant. The inscription is not legible, but its texture. Usually this is not a problem.
- How long does it take for my jewelry to be ready?
